The surgery telephone lines are answered from 8.00am – 6.30pm and the doors open at 8.00am and shut at 8.00pm, Monday – Friday.

Surgery Access
On Saturdays the doors open at 9.00am and shut at 5.00pm, but telephone access is not available on Saturdays.
Please note that the front door may be operated by a buzzer system after 6.30pm and on Saturdays and these appointments are for patients with a pre-booked appointment only.
Disability Access
At Bedford Hill Family Practice all consulting rooms are located on the ground floor with wheelchair access.
Metered parking is available on local roads.
The car park is for staff members only, although there are dedicated disabled parking bays for patients (via Elmfield Road)
Hearing loops are in place.
Accessible Information Standard
At registration, the practice will ask patients if they have any information or communication needs, and find out how best to meet these needs.
This information will be recorded clearly in the medical record, using the Accessible Information Standard template.
Out of Hours & When we are Closed
Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours Service
From 6.30pm – 8.00am on weekdays, throughout the weekend and on Bank Holidays, in the event of an emergency, contact SELDOC the Out-of-Hours Service on 111.
Hub Service
The practice also acts as a Hub Service for Wandsworth patients. The clinics run weekly on Friday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.00pm and on Saturdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm. To book an appointment, contact your surgery.
Non-urgent advice: When we are closed
Call 111 if you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life-threatening situation.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
